In the unlikely event that your order is out of stock, we will email you with the option to choose another shirt, or receive a full refund.

UK Customers

Please allow 5 working days [Saturday is not a working day]. Providing the order is placed before 5.30pm. Please note all orders require a signature on receipt.

European / Worldwide orders

International orders are sent by standard airmail, and will not require a signature on receipt.

Return or Exchange an Item

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. We will exchange the item for a different size / colour. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

Faulty or Wrong Items

If the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please email: sales@a-non.co.uk quoting your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return. We will then advise you on how to proceed with the return.

Distance Selling Regulations

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from A-non Clothing for a full refund. Order cancellations must be made in writing, within 7 days of delivery of your item(s), and can be sent by e-mail to sales@a-non.co.uk, or by post to: A-non Sales, 26 Cheshire St, London E2 6EH. Once you have cancelled your order, the goods should be returned to the same address, in their original condition, within 14 days of receipt. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

A-non respect the privacy of every individual who visits our Website. Personal information about you may be collected when you visit our Website either by the automatic operation of tracking devices (see the section on 'cookies' below) or where we expressly request your personal information.
